Don’t be confused by real estate agents or others that tell you Real Estate Discounts mean Limited Service.
The fact is all full service real estate agents are free to negotiate their commissions and fees, it’s just that most listing and selling agents work for companies that take a percentage of the agent’s earnings off the top to pay for their big brick building and other expenses.
However there are seller’s agents that earn up to 100% of their commissions and other listing and selling agents who work from home and use the Internet to keep their expenses quite low.
